A while back I was introduced to an artist who creates animation stories to highlight and picture the truths of certain songs that are being written by and for the church today. I have now seen a number of them and today I came across a new one that I had never seen. There are always two characteristics that stick out to me in these videos. First, they are creative. Whoever puts these together--whether it is one individual or a group that works together on them--is masterfully displaying the creativity of the one in whose image they have been created. Secondly--and I think this one coincides with the first--the imagery that is chosen to emphasize the truth in these songs is phenomenal. Each time I am struck with how they picture a certain truth about the gospel that I have known for a while, and yet because of the imagery it connects with me in ways that it has never connected before. Their videos are on Vimeo.com and their name on Vimeo is Grace in Cranberry. I think you can find them on YouTube as well. I have attached the most recent one that I experienced for the first time today.
